Xarcuterie was born from a longing — not just to feed people, but to make them feel something.

Inspired by the breathtaking charcuterie displays I wandered past in the winding streets of Barcelona and Madrid, I was struck by how food could be both simple and stunning, rustic yet refined. In those moments, something clicked: this wasn’t just food … it was art, it was emotion, it was connection.

The word “Xarcuterie” (pronounced shar-koo-tuh-ree) is the Catalan word for charcuterie — a nod to the roots of my inspiration. To me, it’s more than a name. It’s a celebration of the beauty in what we eat and how we share it.

Xarcuterie is my love letter to gatherings; the kind where people linger a little longer, talk a little deeper, and savor every bite.

I’m Nicole — the heart behind Xarcuterie.

What started as a love for food and travel turned into a passion project in 2022, and Xarcuterie was born. Every board, table, and event is curated with intention, creativity, and care to deliver an elevated charcuterie experience that feels as good as it looks.

We’re fully licensed, permitted, insured — and proudly serving Hamilton County and the North Indianapolis area. Whether you’re planning a party, shower, or celebration, I’d love to help make your next event unforgettable.
